Graduation isn’t the end of learning.

At Bard, your development will take many forms, such as undertaking on-the-job and off-the-job assignments and experiences; modeling others who are competent at a particular skill; attending formal courses, degree and certificate programs, workshops, seminars, e-learning and adult education classes; reading books and articles; and conducting research.

You may also have the opportunity to extend your formal academic education throughout your career with the company, in a subject field directly related to your job. Through our Tuition Reimbursement Program, you may be reimbursed:

  • 100% for undergraduate courses, up to a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year for either job-related courses or courses required for the fulfillment of a job-related associate or bachelor's degree.
  • 100% for graduate-level courses, up to a maximum of $12,000 per calendar year, that are part of an advanced degree related to maintaining or improving the skills required in your present job, or related to some probable future assignment at Bard.
